Senior Associate
Sarah Roberts completed her tertiary education at the former Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (now Nelson Mandela University), where she graduated with a B Comm degree in Accounting and an LLB.
Sarah completed her articles of clerkship at Gray Moodliar Inc. and thereafter became an associate after being admitted as an attorney and subsequently a senior associate.
Sarah’s areas of specialisation include labour law, municipal and administrative law, supply chain management and civil litigation. Sarah has represented and advised clients involved in various disputes in the CCMA, various bargaining councils, the Labour Court and Labour Appeal Court, and has dealt with cases involving forensic investigations and the institution of disciplinary and civil proceedings against senior employees.
Sarah has also represented and advised clients involved in civil litigation in private arbitration, the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, and has experience in disputes arising from construction and civil engineering contracts, personal injury, and drafting of lease agreements for commercial properties.
